Expert Photo Consultants – Appointment & Refund Policy
Booking & Rescheduling
- All services are paid upfront at the time of booking.
- Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if changed at least 48 hours in advance.
- No-show appointments will forfeit 1 hour of their paid consultation time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $49 rescheduling fee.
Retainer & Project Cancellation Policy
- Retainers are paid upfront for blocks of time (e.g., 20 hours) to begin the project.
- If a client chooses not to continue the project after work has begun, a cancellation fee of 15% of the unused retainer will be deducted to cover administrative, processing, and scheduling costs.
- Any hours already worked will be deducted from the retainer at the standard hourly rate.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds for unused time (minis applicable fees) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Final Sales

Due to the custom nature of photo organization and design services, all completed work is non-refundable once delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
