Working with us

How to Get Started

Every project begins with a clear plan — starting with a complimentary call to talk through your goals. Our process is designed to protect your photos, reduce overwhelm, and ensure thoughtful results before any work begins.

Complimentary Discovery Call

No Cost

This complimentary phone consultation is where we learn about your project, talk through your goals, and guide you toward the best next steps for your photo organizing or design project. It's also a great time to ask any questions you have about our services or process — by the end of the call, you'll have a clear sense of whether you're ready to take the next step.

Step Two

Initial In-Person Meeting

$395

This meeting takes place at your home or business and is designed to assess what you have, clarify your goals, and determine the best path forward.

This fee includes:

  • Meeting preparation
  • Drive time
  • Up to 2 hours on-site

During this meeting we:

  • Review the scope and condition of your photos and media
  • Identify priorities and potential concerns
  • Discuss options and overall project approach

No organizing, digitizing, or product design is completed at this stage. This step is about clarity and strategy.

Step Three

Project Deposit

$1,000

If you decide to move forward and have items taken off-site, a Project Deposit is collected. This is the point at which your project officially begins.

This deposit covers the line-item estimate, and the balance is used to start the project. Estimates usually take 1–3 hours depending on the size and complexity of the project.

  • Off-site review and high-level sorting as needed
  • Careful evaluation of quantities and complexity
  • Development of a custom, line-item project plan and estimate

This deposit is applied toward the total project cost should you choose to proceed.

Step Four

Project Approval & Scheduling

Once you receive your project plan:

  • You may strike, adjust, or phase any line items
  • A 50% project deposit is collected for the approved scope
  • A timeline is provided and work is scheduled
